The Massachusetts Aggression Reduction Center is an academic Center at Bridgewater State University in Massachusetts.  MARC was founded and is directed by Dr. Elizabeth Englander.  You Got A Phone! was authored by Dr. Englander and Dr. Katharine Covino, from Fitchburg State University in Massachusetts.
